Welcome to the CaliRP Store store policy.
By purchasing any item from our store, you agree to the terms below.
1. Purchases and Delivery
All purchases are delivered automatically in-game upon successful processing by Tebex.
Please ensure you have linked the correct Discord account and are logged into the server.
Delivery usually takes less than 5 minutes.
During high volumes of traffic e.g sales, this may take longer - we unfortunately do not control this as it runs through Tebex. If you are waiting for an extended period, don't hesitate to open a Store ticket in Discord for assistance.
2. Refunds and Chargebacks
As our store offers digital goods that are instantly credited to your account, we maintain a strict No Refunds policy.
- Any attempt to chargeback or reverse payment via your bank or payment provider will result in an immediate automated ban from our server and platform.
- If you experience any issues receiving your item or encounter any issues, please open a support ticket in our Discord.
3. Lost or Transferred Items
- Items are tied to the account that purchased them. We do not support transferring items between different platform accounts or to other players. e.g transferring a purchase to a friend.
- If you lose access to your account due to a ban (from either our network or Discord), you will lose access to your purchased items. Purchases do not grant immunity from server rules.
4. Subscriptions / VIP
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew based on the term you selected during checkout via Tebex. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into the Tebex portal or managing it through your email receipt.
5. Product Issues & Compensation
We take the quality of our products seriously. If a purchased item is not functioning as intended or contains a defect, we will make every reasonable effort to diagnose and resolve the issue in a timely manner.
- In the first instance, we will always attempt to fix or rectify the problem. Please report any issues by opening a support ticket in our Discord.
- In circumstances where a fix is not possible or is not feasible at our sole discretion — including but not limited to: an item file or asset being defective and unable to be repaired; an item being required to be removed from the server due to changes in third-party terms of service (e.g. from Rockstar Games or CFX/FiveM); an item experiencing ongoing technical issues we are unable to resolve; or a decision by us to discontinue offering an item for any reason — we reserve the sole right to determine whether compensation is appropriate, what form it takes, and its value.
- Compensation, where offered, is determined entirely at our discretion. The most likely avenue is CaliCoins (our in-game currency), though we may alternatively offer a replacement item of comparable value or any other remedy we consider appropriate. We are under no obligation to issue a monetary refund in any of these circumstances.
- By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that item availability may change at any time and that the scenarios described above, while rare, are a known risk of purchasing digital goods tied to a live game server environment.
6. Product Updates & Modifications
We reserve the right to update, modify, or adjust any product at any time without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to:
- Content updates: The contents of a product may change over time. For example, the selection of vehicles included in a car pack may be updated — vehicles may be added, swapped out, or removed as part of ongoing maintenance and improvement.
- Weapon statistics: Weapon purchases should be made because you enjoy the model, appearance, or attachments. The in-game statistics of any weapon — including but not limited to damage, range, accuracy, recoil, and handling — are subject to change at any time. We regularly make balance adjustments to weapons, including increasing or decreasing their performance, and no purchase guarantees that the current stats will remain unchanged.
- Purchasing any item constitutes your acknowledgement that future updates may alter its contents or behaviour, and that such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund or compensation.
7. Rules of Usage
All purchased items are granted subject to your continued compliance with our server rules and community standards.
- We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently revoke access to any purchased item, at our sole discretion, if it is determined to have been used in violation of our server rules or community guidelines.
- A purchase does not constitute a licence to use items in a manner that disrupts, exploits, or harms the experience of other players or the integrity of the server.
- No refund will be issued in the event of a suspension or revocation resulting from a rules violation.
8. Updates to these Terms
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted. Continued use of our store or participation in our online services e.g FiveM signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
